MyFarm was more popular than designer Michael anticipated. As a result of this the servers could not come, despite adding extra ones. Michael has joined with IDA to improve development. Keep watching the > News and Updates <. section for progress. Please continue to be patient - AND NO "SHOUTING" WHEN WILL WE GET? WHAT'S THE ETA? Sorry but we will NOT get release dates for anything as if they are missed then there will be even more shouting. DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK	MISSING CROPS
When using the Internet remember just to Click Once Double clicking should only really be used for your Desktop. Double clicking on myFarm items is very likely to cause problems - including buying too many buildings.	Harvest, Plow and Plant - All done? HELP - Why have I got missing crops and unplowed areas? This is usually caused by communication problems with the servers. There are several suggestions to reduce the problem which include: a) working slower b) refreshing your farm after each small area c) re-checking a few minutes later. Do not worry though. MORE FRIENDS	BUILDINGS DO NOT WORK

Houses, Barns, Woodsheds and Chicken Coops, etc Just bought a Building and it doesn't work ? Do not worry, just re-load / refresh (F5) your farm and everything should be fine
Saving...	REFRESH / RELOAD - Multi-purpose fix
Saving can often be slow and is affected by connections to the servers. Refresh/Reload your farm after every few minutes. Snapshots DO NOT save your farm.	If you have a problem - Do not panic. Try Refreshing or Reloading the page and the problem may go away. Fixes: Items behind others, Gifts stuck to the cursor, Buildings not working, and much more.
HOW DO I ACCEPT MY GIFTS?	There are only 6 gifts showing up
You must accept Gift through the Facebook Notifications, you will then be taken to the Accepted Gifts screen. After accepting Gifts you may need to click on "myFarm" then on the "GIFTS" button, not on the "Gifts Received pictures" Clicking on the gifts sends you to the Gift Shop SEND GIFTS - allows you to send gifts to your friends GIFTS - this is where you find gifts that have been SENT TO YOU or items you have BOUGHT from the Cash Shop > Wiki Help on Gifts < > Acceptance of Gifts <	Your gifts now show up in your gift bank 6 at a time. Why you may ask: Less stress on the servers. When the servers only have to pull 6 gifts at a time, that is a lot less work the server must do, as opposed to having to pull up 20, 30, 40, 50... and in some cases 500+ gifts and keep them in memory as you are placing your gifts. If you have more than 6 gifts, older gifts will start to appear in the window when the ones that are already displayed get used. If your gift bank does not refill automatically, you will need to REFRESH your screen to fill up your gift bank again with the next 6 gifts.
SNAPSHOTS	HOW MANY GIFTS CAN I SEND? 16? 20? 30? 40? 60?
The snapshot is merely the shot of your farm that you want your friends to be able to see without totally loading the myfarm application. On your facebook profile page, you have "tabs" up at the top. (wall, info, photos, etc.) If you have chosen to add myFarm as a tab, you will see the tab there. If a friend goes to your profile page and clicks on this tab, they will see the last image you clicked a "snapshot" of... Snapshots DO NOT save your farm	Facebook controls how many gifts can be sent and this can be changed by them at any time. When the Game Guide was originally written the limit was 30 but at now varies between 12 and 60. Do not ignore gifts as Facebook then reduce the amount of gifts you can send.
LOST FARM CASH OR CREDITS	SENDING BUILDINGS AS GIFTS
Please ensure that you have set your Facebook ID (see box above) > Using the CASH SHOP and SUPPORT PAGE < Please read the information in this thread very carefully before submitting a claim for lost Farm Cash or Credit. This cannot be used for Missing Offers or Lost Free Gifts	You are unlikely to ever be able to send buildings as free gifts. They are items that are designed to either be earned through your game playing or as a thank you for giving the game money (directly via a credit purchase or indirectly via offer participation). It would probably make it hard for us to to keep the game running if these items were able to be free gifted as they make the difference between the game making a a little more than the regular monthly running costs and it struggling to cover even the servers There is a possibility that in the future you will however be able to buy credits and then use credits to gift another user a building
VIEWING OTHER PEOPLES FARMS / SHARING YOUR FARM LINK	SERVERS & CASH
Click on the "Friends" Button then Select Your Own Farm You will then be able to copy the Web Address Have a look around the forum for topics sharing links to other farms. The forum now has links to farms as long as you have added your Facebook ID number on your Control Panel Details page.	Each Farm has its own Bank, which starts at about $1000. The last farm you work on earns an extra $200 from the king each day (based on PST) You can have a farm on each of the servers. Your Main farm may not be on Server A, so check before starting a 2nd farm. Your Gifts are shared so that Trees, Animals, Buildings, etc can be bought on one farm can be placed on another. Once "planted" gifts cannot be transferred to another farm
When I was accepting my gift from my home page, I accidentally clicked on do not accept gifts.....Now what do I do?
First of all, don't worry! Nothing you have done is irrevocable. Which "do not accept" option did you click? The four options available when you receive a myFarm request are: Accept Ignore Block this application Ignore all invites from this friend If you clicked "Ignore", there is nothing more that you need to do; the gifts you rejected are irretrievable, but you will still receive gifts from that friend and others in the future, and you will just be a little more careful clicking. If you opted to "Block this Application", you will need to unblock it. An easy way to do that is to 1. Type "myFarm" into your Facebook Search box in the upper right corner of your home page. 2. Select "view application" 3. Click "Remove Block for application", again in the upper right. If you accidentally selected "ignore all invites from this friend", you can reverse this setting by doing the following: 1. From the Facebook Home page, hold your cursor over "Settings", and beneath that, select "Privacy Settings" 2. From there, select "Applications" 3. From there, select the "Settings" tab 4. Scroll down to the very bottom of this page, where you will find"Ignored Application Inviters". Uncheck any farm friends that you may have accidentally "ignored". this help was provided by: Suzanne Beia
